Matcha Mixology

Matcha is becoming so mainstream, it isn't just for Japanese Tea Ceremonies anymore. Using this green tea as a base for different beverages gives you the ease and flexibility of green tea powder plus the extensive health benefits of matcha. It's a guilt-free option that enhances so many recipes.

With naturally intense color, it adds beauty to any recipe and charm to any table adorned with vibrant colors, especially in the spring or fall. Matcha's strong flavor holds up well when blended with other flavors like fruit and citrus. Some of our favorites include the matcha margarita, iced strawberry matcha latte, and emerald zen. Green Goddess Matcha Iced Tea Recipe

You'll Need:

1 tsp Firepot Ceremonial Grade matcha

1 oz lemon juice

½ oz rose simple syrup (see recipe below)

20 mg Yuyo AM formula CBD oil

1 oz still water

8 oz cold sparkling water

To Make:

In a large glass, start by combining ceremonial matcha powder, lemon juice, and a rose simple syrup. Alternatively, you can use a couple of drops of rose water with 1/2 oz of maple syrup. Then add your CBD oil drops. I add about 20mg of the Yuyo AM Formula, and about 1 ounce (or a splash) of purified still water. Stir to combine.

Next, I add 8 ounces of cold sparkling water to the mix (you can even use different citrus flavors such as Spindrift Grapefruit or Lemon) Then pour over ice or add ice to your mixing glass and drink up!
