Movement: Yin Yoga

Access your hidden energy system that is the source of all manifestation with Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga allows you to access and release the connective tissues, or fascia, of the body. It is believed that the connective tissues house the body's chi, or energy flow, and that energy is influenced by the opening of the body. In Yin Yoga, you are encouraged to come right to the edge of a simple pose neither backing away nor going too far. Then, hold the post for an extended period of time to allow the energy to flow more freely in the body and ultimately to access deep wisdom and unity.

Butterfly:

Come to a seated position and then bring the soles of your feet together.

Fold forward allowing the back to round and the head to hang down.

Come to the edge of the pose and hold for 5 minutes. As your body opens, you can go deeper into the pose. Just be careful not to go too far.

Come out slowly.

Relax your mind this week with our GABA Oolong. GABA is a neurotransmitter that is naturally occurring in tea and is said to help relieve anxiety, promote sleep and help with digestion and weight loss.

Our Organic GABA Oolong has been naturally processed from flavorful Four Seasons cultivar tea plants in Mingjian, Taiwan to coax out maximum levels of GABA from the leaf to leave you with a sweet, lingering finish and a relaxed state of mind.
