Movement: Tongue Scraping
Buy a stainless steel or copper Ayurvedic tongue scraper (or use a stainless steel spoon) and scrape your tongue from the back to the front. Rinse and repeat 5-10 times. You'll be amazed at the difference this will make in your whole life!
Meditation: Your Body is a Temple
Now is the time to make changes that will affect your energy levels all summer. When the days get hotter and longer, we must wake up earlier, eat lighter and commit to moving our bodies early in the morning.
Take 5 minutes to write down your daily food and exercise habits. What would you like to keep? What would you change? Can you commit to one change? For example, add a green smoothie to your morning, choose tea over coffee or take an early morning walk. Write that commitment down on paper now and watch it bloom!
