Ayurveda has revered the rose since ancient times for its ability to bring peace, balance and beauty to the body. We have developed the relaxing blend of Indian Rose Garden Tea as a tribute to the healing powers of Lord Krishna’s favorite fragrant flower. This soothing blend incorporates the calming effect of French lavender with USA-grown spearmint for a cup that embodies peace, balance and beauty.
Roses have, for centuries, possessed such significance that even the scent of them was said to have represented the presence of deity. Indian Rose Garden is a blend of roses, organic spearmint, organic chamomile flowers and a tiny bit of lavender for its aromatherapy benefits. This botanical tea is a classically beautiful and relaxing blend to drink at night with milk and honey, especially since it is caffeine free.
In this short video, we demonstrate how easy it is to make and enjoy Indian Rose Garden at home.
Remember that this tea is a full botanical blend and does not have any actual tea leaves in it. Because botanicals are gentle and delicate, you'll want to use more than you normally would to steep and let it steep a bit longer, allowing the full flavor notes of each ingredient to develop completely in the water. You'll want even more if you plan to add milk or honey.
Lastly, be careful not to use water that is too hot. Once your water comes to a boil, set it aside for about 5 minutes. Doing so is gentler on the botanicals and keeps from pulling the oils from the spearmint.
STEEPING DIRECTIONS
