Oolong-Infused Bourbon Balls Recipe


Add some fun to your cookie plate with these Southern bourbon balls infused with oolong!


You Will Need:

1 cup raw pecans

1½ cups (12 oz) vanilla wafers

3 Tbsp brown or turbinado sugar

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup tea-infused bourbon (click here for our Oolong-Infused Bourbon Recipe)

1 vanilla bean

½ cup granulated sugar

To make:

Toast pecans on a baking sheet at 400°F for 8 minutes.

In a food processor, thoroughly blend toasted pecans, vanilla wafers, brown or turbinado sugar, cocoa powder, maple syrup and Oolong-Infused Bourbon. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Make the vanilla sugar: split vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape into a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well.

Using a tablespoon or melon baller, scoop bourbon ball mixture. Roll into a ball and toss in the vanilla sugar to coat. Chill and serve.
