There’s so much to appreciate about Fall when nature takes on the golden hues of harvest. The signature tastes of the changing season warm our bodies and soothe our spirits in an autumnal blend of sweetness and spice. Matcha’s expression of autumn can be found in the warm earthy richness of the Maple Ginger Matcha Latte.

The crisp cool mornings moving toward winter invite us to slow our pace of life long enough to savor the tastes of the season. We love the little details that we tend to overlook, like the feel of a warm mug of steaming matcha as it sits in cold hands, or the aroma of matcha mingled with the lemony tartness of ginger and the comforting sweetness of maple syrup. It begs for a stolen moment with closed eyes to just simply breathe and feel, and appreciate.
We suggest the following as the perfect accompaniments to a Maple Ginger Matcha Latte: a warm blanket, a favorite book, a roaring fire, and a couple of Cardamom Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies. Everyone deserves a time-out for self-care. It’s both empowering and healing to tell the constant demands of the day to step back and wait their turn.
They’ll be there to tend to in an hour...or two.
