"If you are resisting something, you are feeding it. Any energy you fight, you are feeding. If you are pushing something away, you are inviting it to stay." -from The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael Singer

Ritual Music: Kothbiro by Ayub Ogada

Movement: Dancer (Natarajasana)

From standing, lift your right heel towards your seat. Grab the top of your foot with your right hand and lift your left hand towards the sky. Press foot into palm until your back arches and you naturally begin to descend from the waist!

Meditation: Intuitive Drawing

When we drop into the flow of our life, allowing rather than forcing, we begin to see clearly our path unfolding in front of our eyes. As long as we are controlling each step or outcome, pushing and striving, we are constricting the flow of our vital life force. Find a pen and paper (or a paint set if you have one) and draw whatever makes you feel good. Try to release thoughts and the need for beauty and draw only abstract lines. Try using your off hand or closing your eyes.

Firepot Tea Recipe: cardamom matcha latte

Escape for a moment with us and our wildly popular Cardamom Matcha Latte, sweetened with maple syrup and accentuated with a pinch of pink sea salt. Not only is it delicious, but watching the green and white swirls mingling together is a meditation in and of itself.
