February is known for Valentine’s Day - the season of love and romance. A time when we make an effort to do something kind and meaningful for those we care about. Whether it’s a special life partner, your family members, a close friend, or even someone whose simple kindness and generosity have left their mark on your life...February is an opportunity to show others what they mean to you. If you’re looking for something beyond cards and flowers, look no further than Firepot’s Limited Edition Love Chai.
Inspired by an ancient recipe from Northern India, our masala chai (meaning spiced tea) has won hearts and captured the taste buds of Firepot devotees for almost two decades. Our exotic and aromatic spices are hand-blended and freshly ground for a uniquely vivid and balanced taste. Made with our organic signature Firepot Chai Spice Blend of organic spices (cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, ginger, black pepper and cloves) and a touch of organic cane sugar to sweeten the mix, it’s easy to see why Firepot Chai is our most-requested item. Firepot Love Chai is brewed with caffeine-free Organic Rooibos and comes to us all the way from South Africa's mineral and nutrient-rich Cederberg Mountains.
When combined with melted chocolate, the powerful allure of exotic spices with the sensual decadence of warm chocolate is a signature taste to savor any day, not only on Valentine’s Day. Chocolate has long been considered an aphrodisiac food. The Aztecs believed it stimulated desire, making a cherished one more open to romance. In Europe, royalty gifted chocolate to their lovers mixed with amber. The blend was said to stimulate amorous feelings. While chocolate as a love drug isn’t scientifically proven, it’s a custom we love to love.
So whether it’s showing yourself some love and kindness, or extending that sentiment to another...Firepot Love Chai is sure to spice things up a bit. Enjoy making our chocolate chai at home and sharing it with those you love.
Simply shake and combine 1 part Firepot Love Chai Concentrate with 1 part chocolate milk. Heat the mixture on the stove, stirring regularly. Remove from heat when it has reached the desired temperature and enjoy the taste of Love Chai.
Note: The various types of milk offer different flavor notes, so we suggest trying it with almond milk or oat milk. Let us know about your favorite!
