"Wild women are an unexplainable spark of life. They ooze freedom and seek awareness, they belong to nobody but themselves yet give a piece of who they are to everyone they meet. If you have met one, hold on to her, she'll allow you into her chaos but she'll also show you her magic."

Movement: Goddess
Come to standing and walk or jump your feet wide. Point your toes outwards 45 degrees. Inhale and raise your arms to the sky as you bend your knees and sink into your hips. Rock your hips back and forth, tuning into your breath and directing it downwards to your belly.
Meditation: Writing Your Own Rules
You were born perfect, whole and connected with your wild nature. Throughout adolescence, you were introduced to the rules of society and the concurrent ideas of imperfection and isolation, maybe even shame.
Allow yourself to make your own rules today! Close your eyes. Can you think of a time before the age of 13 that you felt isolated or shamed? Write down three words that describe how that made you feel. Now, imagine that your instincts were accepted or even celebrated. Write down how that makes you feel, how it changes the way to interact in life.
Practice this meditation any time you feel disconnected from your wild child!
