Elemental Energy comes in a plant-based organic tea sachet and is made with organic yerba mate, organic peppermint, organic sencha green tea, organic lemongrass, organic ginger, and organic goji berries. Yerba mate is a naturally caffeinated tea of a native South American holly tree that contains 24 vitamins and minerals, 15 amino acids and is abundant with polyphenols - a tea coveted for its healthful properties and infusion of vitality for those who consume it. 

Add to that blend a mixture of high quality herbs, spices and plants like peppermint, green tea, lemongrass, ginger and goji berries...and you have a very balanced high-energy beverage. 

STEEPING DIRECTIONS

Steep 1 tea sachet in 8 ounces of almost boiling water for 4 minutes. Serve hot or over ice.
